The more information you provide, the better chance we have to get ahold of you. NONE OF THIS INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN OUT TO ANYONE ELSE BESIDES THE MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE OF THE GRAND LODGE OF MICHIGAN, AND THE LODGE SECRETARY OF THE LODGE THAT WILL CONTACT YOU.
