An Odd Fellow from Poland came a visiting, and he was met and greeted in Eastpointe. He brought his lovely wife with him. She has been invited to be a Rebekah, and will probably become one soon. They were very interesting to talk to. They told us about the waiting list to become an Odd Fellow in Sweden. You have to wait for someone to die, so you can move up on the list. In Poland, the men wear black suits, black socks and shoes, white shirt and a grey tie to all meetings. If you are not dressed properly, you have to wear a monks robe with the hood on! You must wait at least one year between degrees, proving you are eligible. They pay over $100.00 per year dues, and $50.00 for each degree.
